Scope and quotation

Each project is defined in a written quotation or agreement. It states the deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, revision process, price and any applicable taxes. A website enquiry is not a purchase.

Content and approvals

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and rights of texts, images, logos and information supplied. Work proceeds after the agreed materials and approvals are received. Revisions are limited to the scope stated in the written agreement.

Delivery, changes and maintenance

Delivery conditions, acceptance criteria, post-delivery changes, maintenance scope and response times must be agreed in writing for each project. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Cancellation, refunds and complaint handling are not automatically offered through this website. They must be set out in the applicable written agreement and reviewed against the law governing the customer relationship.

Payment

No payment is accepted through this website. Any payment method, invoice details, taxes and due dates must be confirmed only after the publisher has obtained the appropriate legal and tax guidance.
